BUSINESS ANALYST
BLACKBURN OR STAINES
INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT ROLE
Support and drive digitally enabled operational transformation projects across a global organization. This role is crucial for analyzing current business processes, mapping future state end-to-end (E2E) processes, and aligning with strategic and program objectives.
Candidates should have experience in projects transforming field service organizations/field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and Document: Examine current operational processes, systems, and workflows across the organization.
• Collaborate: Work with stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for digital enhancement.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for digital solutions.
• Facilitate: Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to inform transformation strategies.
• Support Implementation: Assist in the selection, design, and implementation of digital tools and platforms (e.g., automation, AI, cloud-based solutions).
• Ensure Delivery: Work with IT and vendor teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Champion Change: Promote change management and user adoption strategies.
• Prepare Documentation: Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and transformation roadmaps.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–7 years in business analysis, preferably within digital transformation or operational excellence environments.
• Global Transformation: Proven experience in digitally enabled operational transformation across global organizations.
• Methodologies: Understanding of business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Digital Technologies: Experience with ERP systems, field service management, customer experience, data analytics, and AI.
• Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Visio, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
