Role description
The Role
The firm is embarking on an exciting and ambitious programme of change that will deliver BDMC and HR system replacements, as well as improvements in our existing Finance Systems. This role will help us investigate and map out our existing processes, as well as the desired outcomes for the departments and their respective systems.
A renewed focus on purpose driven business development around pipeline, Client and prospect management, and centralisation and modernisation of the firm's contact data means that there is a fantastic opportunity to assist in the selection of Technology that will transform the way in which the business performs its Business Development.
As part of modernising our HR estate the successful candidate will assist in the mapping out of the initial replacement of our existing system, as well as a one to three year roadmap for its development to meet the challenge of a more collaborative and unified HR platform for our users. This will include looking at reward, performance, and recruitment modules.
Finally, we are a valued Aderant customer and we are in a position to plan a move to their Sierra/Stirdyn cloud platform, which is a key tenet in the wider Technology roadmap, and allow us to take advantage of the cloud platform's recent enhancements. The Business Analyst will assist in plotting out the complexity of the migration so that it can be delivered alongside the other larger projects.

· Personable and able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
· Good under pressure – able to deal with critical periods of delivery and can handle when things go wrong.
· Able to unpick and accurately reduce user feedback into succinct and actionable requirements.
· Able to translate complex technical issues and solutions for less technical recipients of the information.
