About The Role The Employee Safety Data Analyst plays a vital role within Michigan Medicine’s Safety Management Services team. This position is responsible for leading the collection, analysis, automation, and visualization of safety and regulatory compliance data. The analyst will serve as a departmental expert for Smartsheet and will work closely with various internal departments to enhance safety processes, reporting systems, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring safety compliance, supporting hospital-wide safety initiatives, and translating complex data into actionable insights to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization.
