Job Title: Business Analyst – Insurance (P&C Domain)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Need only locals)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months (With possible extension)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and data analysis using Snowflake. Experience in Claims processing is highly preferred. Knowledge of Agile tools such as Rally is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the Insurance P&C domain.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development and QA teams in Agile environments using Rally.
• Write and execute SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Support data mapping, data analysis, and reporting needs.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze Claims workflows, policy lifecycle, underwriting, and related P&C processes.
• Ensure requirements traceability and maintain proper documentation.

• Strong experience in Insurance – Property & Casualty (P&C) domain.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for writing queries and data extraction.
• Experience working in Agile methodology using Rally.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
