Business Analyst – Digital Products & Customer Experience
Duration: Contract through 2026, strong potential to extend
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week
Compensation: $55-70/hr
We’re looking for a curious, data‑driven, and highly organized Business Analyst to join our Digital Product team. If you love digging into data, clarifying complex problems, and shaping customer‑facing digital experiences, this role gives you the chance to make a visible impact across web and mobile products used by thousands of business customers.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys 50% analysis, 50% documentation, and 100% collaboration.
What You’ll Do
You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, researchers, data analysts, and engineering teams to accelerate discovery and delivery of new digital features. Your work will help the team answer questions like: What should we build next? What does the data tell us? How do we improve the customer experience?
Your day‑to‑day will include:
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and reporting requirements
• Creating clear, concise BRDs, PRDs, process flows, data definitions, and current‑state/future‑state documentation
• Pulling and interpreting data from tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics platforms to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Supporting prioritization by helping the team understand impact, baseline performance, and where to focus next
• Leading stakeholder conversations, validating assumptions, and driving alignment across teams
• Creating visuals, process maps, and storytelling decks (Lucid, PowerPoint) to support decision‑making
• Conducting industry and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Using AI‑enabled tools (where appropriate) to support large‑scale data review and insight generatio
• You won’t be building dashboards — you’ll be using analytics to guide business decisions and shape the customer experience.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, intuitive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned.
Required experience:
• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or digital product analysis
• Strong ability to document clearly and concisely
• Experience pulling, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Familiarity with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics tools
• Experience writing requirements that feed development teams (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Ability to create process flows and visualize complex systems
• Experience with digital products — web portals, customer‑facing sites, B2B portals, or mobile apps
• Confluence/Jira experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfort leading meetings and driving conversations with peers and leaders
• Understanding of Agile processes
