As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between clients, users, and cross-functional delivery teams—translating business goals into actionable product roadmaps and ensuring that digital solutions deliver measurable value. You’ll define and prioritize features, and guide teams to create seamless, impactful digital experiences for our clients’ customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Backlog Management & Delivery
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives
• Partner closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality digital solutions and the data and AI components that enable them on time and within scope
• Translate client requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks
• Continuously refine backlog priorities based on stakeholder feedback, analytics, and changing business conditions
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
• Act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams—communicating vision, progress, and priorities clearly
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and alignment
• Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing competing priorities and ensuring value delivery at every iteration
Measurement & Improvement
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and user satisfaction
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Support change management and adoption activities to ensure long-term impact
Workplace Remote in the USA
Must Have Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role—ideally within a consulting, digital agency, or SaaS environment
• Experience leading agile product teams delivering digital platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
Preferred Skills
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or SAFe Product Owner are a plus
• Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI-enabled digital solutions, from concept through deployment, leveraging AI across the SDLC is a plus
Professional Skills
• Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Strong team and individual player
• Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
• High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
• Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
