Role description
We’re partnering with a leading apparel brand to find a talented Business Analyst to join their remote team supporting digital commerce initiatives. This is role is running through May 2026 + chance to extend, with potential for extension, ideal for those who excel at bridging product, technology, and UX teams to ensure smooth execution within eCommerce ecosystems. There is no application deadline for this role. Business Analyst Responsibilities: β€’ Manage and prioritize bug tickets and enhancements using Microsoft DevOps, clearly documenting issues and potential business impacts. β€’ Collaborate effectively with product, UX, and development teams to translate merchandising needs into technical specifications and user stories. β€’ Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release scheduling to support digital product initiatives. β€’ Optimize on-site search, navigation, and filtering to improve product discovery across extensive SKU catalogs. β€’ Support tracking and analytics efforts by validating Google Tag Manager setup and leveraging GA4 insights for performance analysis. Business Analyst Qualifications: β€’ Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst within digital or eCommerce environments. β€’ Over 2 years of industry experience supporting apparel brands with large SKU offerings. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and ticketing platforms like Microsoft DevOps. β€’ Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and supporting Google Tag Manager implementations. β€’ Strong documentation skills, including crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
