We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Data Center of Excellence for a project focused on transforming code creation processes and technology. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring smooth design, solutioning, testing, and hypercare phases.
What You’ll Do:
• Support project management and documentation.
• Create and maintain Excel-based designs and documentation.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and testing (Data Quality Assurance).
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Strong Master Data Management knowledge (taxonomy, data modeling, governance, data literacy tools).
• Advanced Excel and data profiling skills.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
• PBI development and integration experience.
• Change management experience.
• Background in beauty or consumer goods industry.
