Role OverviewJoin the GF Data Science Team supporting Platforms & Devices under GF Analytics. You’ll deliver customer support analytics for Google ecosystem products (Android OS, Chrome devices, Pixel, WearOS, core apps). The role blends SQL-driven analytics, dashboarding, and stakeholder communication with opportunities to apply Python and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Build dashboards & simple data pipelines
Query, analyze & interpret internal customer support data
Apply statistical modeling & translate insights for non-technical partners
Provide analytics solutions to improve product quality & customer feedback
Must-Have Skills
Strong SQL and data interpretation
Analytics & visualization (dashboards, reporting)
Clear stakeholder communication
Python (intermediate) scripting/modeling
Nice-to-Have Skills
Google/Tech industry experience
Apps Scripting, ML pipelines, model development
Prompt engineering knowledge
Finance/Tech analytics background
Candidate Profile
5+ years’ experience in analytics/data science/product analytics (no upper limit)
Master’s or MBA (PhD preferred but not required)
Strong blend of analytics expertise + business judgment
