Data Engineer with Palantir

Data Engineer – Experience in Palantir Location: Atlanta, GA or Parsipanny, NJ (Hybrid role) Please only apply if you have 11+ years of experience Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest, clean, transform, and normalize data from various sources. Monitor data pipelines for stability, performance, reliability; identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and proactively enact optimizations. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations (sales, product usage, user behavior, operational metrics) using Palantir’s built-in tools or other BI tools. Take projects end-to-end: from requirements gathering with stakeholders, through design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and security in all systems and pipelines. Collaborate with data science / ML teams, product managers, domain experts to translate business needs into data solutions. Maintain and optimize the underlying data infrastructure (cloud services, storage, compute) to support scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or other quantitative field. Proficiency in Python. Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and building transformations. Experience with big data tools / frameworks (e.g. Spark / PySpark). Hands-on experience with Palantir’s platforms (Foundry, Gotham) — data pipelines, ontology, code/workshop/workflow modules. Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data. Good problem-solving skills; ability to deal with ambiguity; independently figure out data issues. Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
