Job Title: Business Analyst – Varicent ICM
Location: Atlanta, GA-Hybrid
Contract Role
Duration: 12+ Months Duration
Skill Set: Varicent Business Analyst, Data Analyst, SAP Business Object and Advanced Reporting Expert
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary Business Analyst for Varicent ICM implementations and enhancements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales compensation plans, commissions, and incentives
• Design and validate ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Varicent and SAP Business Objects
• Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate compensation calculations
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for payout discrepancies
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production releases
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation
• Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and data quality standards
