Role description
Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of a Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract onsite in Sacramento, CA. The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the facilitation of requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from multiple business units to identify and document business, functional and technical requirements. They will also help analyze and map current business processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, collaborate with engineering teams and business teams to evaluate solution options, prepare comprehensive documentation (BRD’s), functional specifications, use cases, process flows and user stories, assist in the development of change management strategies and support system testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
Required Skills
• 3 – 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience working with requirements management tools and methodologies, specifically Agile and Waterfall.
