Title: Business Analyst III Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Top 5 Must Haves • Workflow management experience • CRM experience - These BAs will support Salesforce CRM. • Process Flow creation experience • User story development grooming experience • User Acceptance Testing execution experience Job Description: • Consulted with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to gather and document business objectives, workflows, and operational processes. • Conducted research and fact-finding activities to analyze business needs and define functional and system requirements. • Translated complex business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Facilitated Business Requirements (BRD) creation using traditional methodologies and Business Process Analysis (BPA) approaches. • Managed requirement scoring, approval, and claiming processes with business and technology stakeholders to ensure clarity, traceability, and alignment. • Developed detailed System Requirements (SRQs), process flows, use cases, and business process documentation. • Created and maintained Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to map business requirements to system requirements and project deliverables. • Conducted requirement review sessions with project stakeholders to validate completeness, accuracy, and business alignment. • Collaborated with Architecture, Engineering, QA, UAT, and Application Development teams to ensure solutions met documented requirements. • Supported software testing, QA, debugging, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate functionality against business requirements. • Identified project stakeholders, analyzed risks, documented assumptions, and evaluated impacts of system and process changes. • Provided regular status reporting on project progress, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to stakeholders and management. • Participated in business strategy discussions, portfolio planning, and solution evaluation activities. • Facilitated stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and vendor demonstrations/evaluations, including support for RFP processes. • Proactively identified project risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while recommending optimal business solutions. • Served as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions. • Mentored junior Business Analysts and promoted knowledge sharing across project teams and functional areas. • Applied strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex business and system issues independently. • Maintained awareness of industry standards, business process improvements, and emerging technologies to support organizational goals. • Oversaw project deliverables, monitored progress, and ensured accuracy and compliance with business and technical requirements.
