Responsibilities • Collect and validate business requirements for SKU creation processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements. • Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers. • Oversee testing cycles, including planning, execution, and managing defects. • Utilize tools like Jira and qTest for managing user stories and test cases. • Assist in configuring and updating the Power Platform application. • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing necessary updates and documentation. • Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout SKU lifecycle activities. Skills • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT setting. • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. • Proven experience with testing cycles and defect management. • Proficiency in using Jira and qTest. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex project environments. Preferred Skills • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Background in manufacturing or product lifecycle processes.
