Role description
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel management systems, booking platforms, and customer experience optimization. Could be Experience with travel industry-specific software such as GDS (Global Distribution Systems), Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management processes is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
