Role & Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT teams to ensure accurate requirement translation and solution delivery
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance processes, corporate finance, and FP&A
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Support finance initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost management, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with IT teams during design, development, testing, and implementation phases
• Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business expectations
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within finance functions
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, corporate finance, and FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting)
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst bridging Business and IT
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery models and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Experience with finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting tools)
• Exposure to automation, analytics, or digital finance initiatives
