Role & Responsibilities:
β’ Act as a liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT teams to ensure accurate requirement translation and solution delivery
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance processes, corporate finance, and FP&A
β’ Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
β’ Support finance initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost management, and financial analysis
β’ Collaborate with IT teams during design, development, testing, and implementation phases
β’ Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business expectations
β’ Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within finance functions
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ Strong knowledge of finance processes, corporate finance, and FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting)
β’ Proven experience working as a Business Analyst bridging Business and IT
β’ Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional documentation
β’ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
β’ Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery models and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
β’ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred:
β’ Experience with finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting tools)
β’ Exposure to automation, analytics, or digital finance initiatives
