Business Analyst – ADM

Job Title: Business Analyst – ADMLocation: London (2 days onsite per week, hybrid working model) Only UK Citizens / Nationals can apply for this role • • • • Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate requirements into functional specifications and process maps. Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Design, prototype, and support automation workflows using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio). Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), provide training, and ensure smooth handover to business teams. Continuously assess and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and usability. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven transformation or automation projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio). Expertise in process mapping, requirement gathering, and business process re-engineering. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in hybrid teams and liaise effectively between business and technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-Have Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with change management and governance frameworks.
