We're looking for a Business Analyst Trainer with expertise in AI-enhanced business analysis tools and practices to guide our learners through practical, job-ready training and mentorship. Responsibilities Deliver live online sessions on Business Analysis fundamentals (requirements gathering, stakeholder management, use cases, process mapping, etc.) Teach AI-driven approaches in business analysis (e.g., using ChatGPT for documentation, sentiment analysis for stakeholder feedback, AI in decision-making) Provide hands-on, real-life project simulations to give students meaningful e-work experience Help learners build BA artifacts: BRDs, user stories, process flows, dashboards, etc. Offer career guidance and feedback to support learners with CVs, interviews, and portfolios Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner Familiarity with AI-powered tools used in BA work (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based tools, Power Platform, Lucidchart + AI) Experience delivering training or mentoring (preferred) Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills Ability to simplify complex business concepts for diverse learners Bonus Skills CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, BPMN tools Knowledge of data-driven decision-making or integration with analytics Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: £40.00-£50.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: Referral programme Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: Remote Application deadline: 30/07/2025Reference ID: SB1147Expected start date: 01/08/2025
