Top Skills & Experience Required: • 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements • 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings, delivering training sessions, tailoring communication to diverse audiences, and preparing written and verbal reports • 5+ years of experience serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders on software development projects Key Responsibilities • Facilitate meetings between technical and business teams to gather and clarify requirements • Lead requirement-gathering sessions independently and document specifications • Maintain and prioritize backlog items using Azure DevOps • Navigate and manage hybrid development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication throughout the change management lifecycle • Track progress and ensure adherence to department change policies • Serve as a point of contact for auditors and maintain project documentation in SharePoint • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with team members and leadership to implement enhancements • Prepare project status reports and resource planning updates for leadership Required Qualifications • 5 years working with complex IT web applications • 5 years of experience gathering/documenting business requirements • 5 years in a business analyst role supporting software development projects • 5 years of experience leading meetings, trainings, and presentations tailored to varied audiences • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office • 2 years working as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders • 1 year using Azure DevOps to create user stories and manage tasks Preferred Qualifications • 2 years of experience with the software development lifecycle • 1 year creating wireframes or prototypes using Figma or similar tools • 6 months of experience with project management methodologies • 6 months of experience using Microsoft SharePoint • 6 months of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $50 and $55. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
