Role description
Client is precisely looking forward for Asset Management domain expertise with the following skill sets:
Specific area of Asset Management the experience refers to i.e: Front office, Investments (reference to f/o systems worked across - Charles River, Aladdin, In-house OMS ?)
Business area experience i.e Valuations, Property, Private Credit, Stock Lending, OTC's, ETD, EQFI, Understanding of fund portfolios/Structures/ETF's
Knowledge of various Instrument types that fit into OTC, ETD and EQFI's and Order and Trade processing and linkage
Regulatory reporting (MiFID/EMIR/SFTR etc), Cost and Charges, IFPR, Market Abuse Survaillence, exposure to Security structures, Instrument data, Reference and Fund data etc.
Data mapping, Ingestion, Curation, Modelling and what systems the exposure refers to (i.e Snowflake, Cloudera, Phoenix etc).
Moving to Agile aspect, I would want to see examples of methodologies the candidate has worked across i.e Kanban, Scrum and familiar with working in a scrum and reference to performing Analysis refinement sessions/3 amigo sessions with Devs and QA.
Familiar with using Jira and creating EPICs and Stories with Structured Acceptance criteria styles to assist Dev and QA (automation).
Working closely with the Business analyst/Product Owner reviewing BRD's or converting Business requirements into Jira board stories.
