Role description
Payrate: $42.75 - $42.75/hr.
Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support product safety and business operations initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights, support procedural adherence, and assist with risk management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret product safety and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decisions and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools that communicate key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Maintain case summaries and reporting related to high-profile matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment on product safety goals, initiatives, and operational priorities.
• Gather, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support ongoing business and product safety initiatives.
• Assign, track, and oversee escalations from identified high-risk channels while reviewing historical information for process adherence.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses to identify contributing factors and help prevent recurrence of product safety incidents.
• Support and implement process improvement initiatives using data-driven recommendations.
• Establish and document business processes and operational workflows.
• Maintain project communication records, business metrics, and related documentation.
• Support project planning activities, including project structures, milestones, goals, deadlines, and metrics.
• Track project budgets and expenditures and monitor costs against established budgets when applicable.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements as required.
• Manage multiple ongoing and ad hoc projects while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain effective communication across business units and project teams.

• Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business operations, business analysis, product safety, or a related field.
• Experience supporting non-IT business projects and operational initiatives.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business process documentation.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.75 - $42.75/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
