Pay rate: $70/hr on W2 Job Description: ⦁ Looking for SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience across the following modules: SAP BDC, SAP BW, SAC, and other modules that help realize the real-estate transformation goals. About this role: ⦁ The Chief Operating Office Technology(COO Tech) organization, provides technology services for the Chief Operating Office. ⦁ This includes operations, control executives, strategic execution, business continuity and resiliency, data solutions and services, regulatory relations, customer experience, enterprise shared services, supply chain management, and the corporate properties group. ⦁ COO Technology provides technology solutions and manages application portfolios for these groups to support modernization and optimization. ⦁ CAO (Chief Administration Office) Technology is the dedicated technology team supporting Corporate Properties, Corporate Security, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resiliency, Privacy, CAO Data and Insights technology needs. ⦁ Within COO Technology client is seeking a Lead specialty SAP BDC, BW and SAC Engineer to join the CAO Technology team to support Corporate Properties Group (CPG) aligned to CAO. ⦁ Corporate Properties Group (CPG) supports facilities, real estate, and workplace services across the enterprise. ⦁ This role will design, configure, support and perform engineering solutions on operational and building management systems, computer hardware, software, and networking tools to meet the organization's needs. ⦁ Client is seeking a highly skilled SAP BDC, SAP BW, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Engineer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise data integration, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions. ⦁ The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud, enabling business users to leverage trusted data for strategic decision-making. ⦁ This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP data modeling, analytics, planning solutions, data integration, reporting, and cloud-based data platforms while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. ⦁ This role is a part of a multi-year SAP transformation from SAP ECC and legacy BW platforms to S/4HANA, SAP BDC and a modern cloud analytics platform. ⦁ The candidate will play a key role in modernizing client’s data platforms, enabling data products, and supporting enterprise analytics across multiple domains. In this role, candidates will: SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC): ⦁ Design and implement SAP Business Data Cloud solutions to support enterprise analytics and data management initiatives. ⦁ Develop and manage data products, data integration pipelines, and semantic models within BDC. ⦁ Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources into the business data ecosystem. ⦁ Optimize data ingestion, transformation, governance, and performance within BDC. ⦁ Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data architecture and analytics strategies. SAP BW/4HANA: ⦁ Design, build, and maintain BW/4HANA data models, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and InfoObjects. ⦁ Develop ETL/ELT processes using SAP BW data acquisition frameworks. ⦁ Create and maintain process chains, data loads, and data quality controls. ⦁ Optimize BW queries and performance for reporting and analytics workloads. ⦁ Support data extraction from SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party systems. ⦁ Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): ⦁ Design and develop SAC dashboards, stories, applications, and planning models. Required Qualifications: ⦁ 10 plus years of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education ⦁ 5 plus experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BDC, BW and SAC ⦁ 5 plus years of Core SAP S/4 HANA systems and end to end architecture experience and life cycle management, service pack application and upgrade of the applications and infrastructure ⦁ 5 plus years of experience in SAP Data and Analytics technologies. ⦁ 3 plus years of experience designing and engineering cloud solutions for S/4 HANA SAP RISE solution ⦁ Experience with SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization. ⦁ Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise analytics. ⦁ Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources. ⦁ Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation techniques. ⦁ Experience with SAP S/4HANA data models and extraction mechanisms. ⦁ Strong SQL, analytical, and problem solving skills. ⦁ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ⦁ Knowledge and understanding of data management and leadership, this includes delivering reliable and responsive systems, and discipline to continually root out issues at the core ⦁ Experience with system and platform integrations, including service?to?service communication and enterprise integration patterns, experience with microservices architectures and API?first design ⦁ Experience with cloud and container platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker) ⦁ Experience with SAP Datasphere (core data modeling, spaces, data flows, replication) ⦁ Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence and SAP Integration Suite. ⦁ Experience with Python, SQL, or data engineering tools. ⦁ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ⦁ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. ⦁ Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable analytics solutions. ⦁ Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation. Desired Qualifications: ⦁ 3 plus years of financial services industry experience. ⦁ Technology delivery and relationship management. experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment. ⦁ Experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions. ⦁ Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentations skills utilizing PowerPoint across technical and non-technical groups. ⦁ Experience supporting SAP transformations (ECC to S/4HANA, BW to Datasphere/BDC). ⦁ Experience with data migration, reconciliation and parallel run strategies. ⦁ Experience with data product design, ownership models, and domain-oriented data architecture ⦁ Familiarity with data governance frameworks - covered under Collaboration and Governance but added it under desired. ⦁ Hands-on experience with SAC Planning models (allocations, planning, versioning) ⦁ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Intake: ⦁ Visa status is good to know to allow for conversion consideration. ⦁ Will start with requiring ability to convert. ⦁ Working in the Corporate Properties Group technology transformation. ⦁ Using SAP for the subledger, the existing version is at end of life, they’re moving to the newer version. ⦁ Will support of the implementation efforts and the support and maintenance moving forward. ⦁ Since legacy resources are focusing more on the legacy system, this person may be working more primarily on the newer version. ⦁ Right candidate will have done at least 2 HANA full lifecycle implementations. ⦁ BASIS and HANA are essentially the same systems, just the newer version of it. ⦁ Will work on system configuration, setup related to apps and database servers, and user assignment, system performance and performance fine-tuning. ⦁ Techno functional developer, will have configuration and development experience. ⦁ May only be another 1 or 2 developers dedicated to these modules, may be about 10 others onshore and off for the full system. ⦁ Modules within SAP they'll be working with are Business Data Cloud, Business Warehouse, SAP Analytical Cloud, and other modules. ⦁ BW exists within the legacy version of SAP, which will require this person to work within both versions of the system. ⦁ This will be a development/configuration role. ⦁ Will be building reports and managing data. ⦁ Will be integrating the SAP modules with the non-SAP systems and aggregating the modules within SAP. ⦁ Will be working with SAP Datasphere for ETL. ⦁ 10 plus years of experience SAP BASIS Administrator with Core SAP S/4 HANA two life cycle implementation experience with SAP RISE platform.
