Remote: Business Analyst with Azure DevOps, JIRA Experience \_ Columbus, Ohio 43215 REMOTE--candidates MUST be able to report onsite for 1st day-30 E Broad Street Location: Columbus, Ohio 43215 12+ Months Contract Video Interview Description: The Business Analyst 3 serves as an experienced analyst responsible for independently leading requirements analysis for moderately complex initiatives and supporting larger efforts. This role facilitates stakeholder discussions, documents business needs and requirements, creates workflows and visual documentation, supports traceability, and works closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for delivery . Key Responsibiliti • es: Lead requirements discovery for moderately complex projects, enhancements, or system chan • ges.Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, QA, and other project participa • nts.Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, including gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts to users or syst • ems.Create business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN when appropri • ate.Translate stakeholder needs into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requireme • nts.Ensure requirements are understandable, testable, traceable, and aligned to the stated business n • eed.Support the development and maintenance of Requirements Traceability Matrices for assigned w • ork.Identify impacts across systems, operations, reporting, training, and other business ar • eas.Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business stakeholders to support refinement and deliv • ery.Help decompose larger requirements into smaller, actionable work items for development and test • ing.Communicate analysis findings, requirements decisions, risks, and unresolved questions clearly to stakeholders and delivery te • ams.Support consistent use of BA standards, templates, and documentation meth ods.
