• Lead in depth requirements sessions with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process maps.
• Analyse and map existing business processes and configurations across the 14 current Concur environments.
1. Concur Expertise
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules to advise on process improvements and system design.
• Analyse platform usage, data structures, and reporting requirements to support the consolidation strategy.
1. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between business users and the implementation team.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
1. Solution Design & Implementation Support
• Support the creation of the target-state design that aligns with business goals.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including data validation and issue resolution.
1. Project & Risk Management Assistance
• Work alongside the Project Manager to track tasks, identify risks, and produce progress reports.
• Monitor milestone delivery and flag issues as they arise.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including direct involvement in Concur implementation or consolidation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense modules, workflows, and configuration.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and IT units.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
