Role description
We are hiring for Business Analyst (Banking Domain - Data lineage, Data Governance, Payments, Customer & Product Data, or Risk/Finance)
Location : Hybrid and 2 per week days in Northampton or Knutsford Office
• Proven track record as a Business or Data Analyst specifically within banking domain, possessing an active understanding of the bank’s internal governance, control frameworks, and operational ecosystems.
• Should have Strong foundational knowledge in core banking sectors, specifically Payments, Customer & Product Data, or Risk/Finance.
• Proficiency in mapping data flows, documenting lineage, and resolving data quality issues while ensuring all activities align with Banking Data Governance standards
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including the creation of test cases and the validation of data outputs to support seamless delivery cycles.
• Maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence, ensuring requirements and user stories are updated accurately.
