Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled : Business Analyst in the Banking domain to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Berkely Heights, NJ
• We are seeking a Business Analyst with over 4 years of Agile experience to drive functional analysis and process re-engineering within our Vision Next core banking and card payments ecosystem.
• In this role, you will analyze the end-to-end card lifecycle including authorization, billing, and interchange fees while ensuring strict adherence to global financial regulations.
• You will collaborate closely with technical teams to map REST/OpenAPI integrations, perform product-level impact assessments, and automate workflows using MS SQL for data analysis.
• Utilizing Jira and Confluence, you will own the creation of clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive product documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication is essential as you facilitate workshops and oversee test plan execution to ensure scalable, high-quality product delivery.
