Job Description:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• Industry Experience: commercial analytics experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Experience in Data Tools: Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Proficiency in Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• IQVIA Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with IQVIA datasets (DDD, NPA, LAAD, MIDAS).
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (modeling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Experience with R or Python for advanced analytics is a plus.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial metrics (TRx, NRx, NBRx, Patient Days, Market Share).
• Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in test case creation, defect tracking, and test documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
