Location: On-site – Madisonville, OH
Type: 6+ Month Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Business Analyst with a strong blend of analytical thinking, process design, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean design thinking, project management, and business analysis, and will be comfortable working independently to drive process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Apply Lean design thinking principles to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support process mapping and workflow optimization efforts.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Assist with project management tasks including readiness assessments and approval coordination.
• Develop and execute test acceptance criteria to ensure accurate output during testing phases.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business and technology initiatives.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for business processes and data platforms.
• Contribute to internal projects such as legacy system replacement, monitoring enhancements, and documentation efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Experience in Lean design thinking, business analysis, and project management.
• Strong process mapping capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and understanding of SDLC and release management protocols.
