About Quantiiv Quantiiv is an AI-powered restaurant intelligence platform that helps multi-location restaurant brands make sense of their data. We unify fragmented data from POS systems, loyalty programs, delivery platforms, and operational tools into a single source of truth—powered by BigQuery and our AI assistant, ROGER, who delivers insights via plain-English email conversations. Our clients include franchise brands with 50-200+ locations who are tired of dashboard fatigue and want answers, not more reports. The Role We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our small, fast-moving team. You'll work directly with restaurant clients to understand their questions, translate them into analytical queries, and help build the analytical frameworks that power ROGER's intelligence. This is a hands-on role. You'll spend your days writing queries, troubleshooting data issues, and thinking through how restaurant operators actually make decisions—then building the analysis to support them. What You'll Do Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery to answer client questions about sales trends, menu performance, labor efficiency, and more Build and maintain analytical views and reports for restaurant brands across different POS systems Work directly with clients to understand their business questions and translate them into data solutions Identify patterns and anomalies in restaurant data and surface actionable insights Help improve our standardized query templates and analytical frameworks Document data models and maintain data quality across client implementations What We're Looking For Strong SQL skills—you can write complex queries involving joins, window functions, and aggregations without hand-holding Experience with restaurant, retail, or multi-location business data Comfort working with messy, real-world data from multiple sources Clear communication skills—you can explain technical findings to non-technical operators Self-directed work style; we're a small team and you'll own your projects Curiosity about how restaurants actually run and what metrics matter to operators Nice to Have Experience with cloud based data warehouses Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, Aloha, etc.) Background in franchise or multi-unit restaurant operations Experience building dashboards or working with BI tools Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: Remote
