Job Summary Our Client is seeking a high-performing Contract Business Analyst to support the Private Wealth Management (PWM) portfolio, including key initiatives for a client-facing web and mobile platform. This hybrid role (Madison or Milwaukee) runs through 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate is a mid to senior-level BA with strong requirements gathering, collaboration, and agile delivery experience. Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. • Develop clear business requirements, use cases, and user stories. • Partner with developers, architects, and product owners to support solution design and tradeoff analysis. • Conduct data analysis and support modeling sessions. • Engage stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. • Support QA through requirement validation and clarification. • Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business partners and vendors. • Assist with small‑scale project management tasks, including defining milestones and scope. • Contribute to enhancements and initiatives related to the Baird Online web/mobile platform. Qualifications • Experience working in Agile environments. • Strong ability to write detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories. • Solid understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to influence and lead conversations without formal authority. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong problem-solving skills. • Continuous improvement mindset and team-oriented approach. • Nice to Have: Experience with web applications, client-facing platforms, or partnering with UI/UX teams. Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $75. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
