Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a high-performing Contract Business Analyst to support the Private Wealth Management (PWM) portfolio, including key initiatives for a client-facing web and mobile platform. This hybrid role (Madison or Milwaukee) runs through 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate is a mid to senior-level BA with strong requirements gathering, collaboration, and agile delivery experience.
Responsibilities
β’ Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
β’ Develop clear business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
β’ Partner with developers, architects, and product owners to support solution design and tradeoff analysis.
β’ Conduct data analysis and support modeling sessions.
β’ Engage stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
β’ Support QA through requirement validation and clarification.
β’ Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business partners and vendors.
β’ Assist with smallβscale project management tasks, including defining milestones and scope.
β’ Contribute to enhancements and initiatives related to the Baird Online web/mobile platform.
Qualifications
β’ Experience working in Agile environments.
β’ Strong ability to write detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
β’ Solid understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing.
β’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Ability to influence and lead conversations without formal authority.
β’ Highly organized, detailβoriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
β’ Continuous improvement mindset and team-oriented approach.
β’ Nice to Have: Experience with web applications, client-facing platforms, or partnering with UI/UX teams.
Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $75. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
