Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an innovative team focused on delivering impactful digital healthcare solutions through Fidelity's NetBenefits and Mobile platforms. In this role, you'll partner with Product Owners, technology teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders to help define, prioritize, and deliver customer-focused capabilities that improve the healthcare experience for Fidelity's clients and participants. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements ✅ Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs ✅ Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration ✅ Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high-value digital solutions ✅ Support testing, deployment, training, and business readiness activities ✅ Drive solution development from concept through implementation What We're Looking For: ✔ 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment ✔ Healthcare, benefits administration, or product development experience ✔ Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, UAT, and process analysis ✔ Experience with JIRA and Agile backlog management tools ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ⭐ CBAP or Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus If you're passionate about turning complex business needs into innovative digital solutions and want to work with a team focused on delivering exceptional customer value, we'd love to connect.
