Role description
Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Nashville, TN (1 day in office, onsite full-time in 2026)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm, some flex on start and end times)
Job Type: W2 Contract, 12 months, potential to convert or extend
Pay Rate: Starting at $44-47/hourly with optional benefits packages including PTO, 401k, and medical insurance

This is an opportunity to work on strategic initiatives on a high-velocity software delivery team. This role will be in a collaborative work environment amongst internal and external stakeholders.
Positionβs Contributions to Work Group:
β’ Under minimal supervision, provide definition, business analysis, and implementation of significant multi-phased projects, to provide business solutions to the assigned area.
β’ Provide research and assistance in design of systems to support business processes.
β’ Provide business technical assistance and guidance related to the architectural design and planning of computer systems and resources for the assigned area.
β’ Develop and provide training as required.
β’ Appreciable latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions is within the scope of delegated authority.
Typical Task Breakdown:
β’ Attend Agile ceremonies amongst team members and give status updates as needed
β’ Create user stories
β’ Define testing and requirements
β’ Have fun!
Education & Experience Required:
β’ 5-7 years' experience required (Internship experience counts).
β’ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
