Epsom | Hybrid Working | Information Technology | Fixed-Term Contract: 12 Months | Full-Time
Competitive Salary Available, Depending On Experience
37.5 hours per week
Nuffield Health is the charity that’s building a healthier nation, one day at a time. From award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities to flagship community programmes – we’ll do whatever it takes to look after the UK’s wellbeing. It starts with passion and commitment to quality. It starts with you.
We’re seeking a proactive and technically minded Business Analyst to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Customer Contact (CC) squad at a pivotal time of transformation. This role will be central to shaping scalable, integrated solutions that deliver real business value.
You’ll work closely with our Platform Architect, Salesforce developers, admins, and delivery leads to translate business problems into clear, actionable user stories. Your ability to frame requirements in technical terms will accelerate sprint readiness and reduce refinement overhead for the team.
If you’re comfortable navigating technical conversations, understand Salesforce architecture, and enjoy turning complexity into clarity, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to design scalable, integrated solutions
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed changes, especially across Salesforce orgs and systems
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and challenge requirements
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and defect triage
• Maintain and prioritise a backlog of Salesforce-related enhancements aligned to business value
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions post-implementation
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 1 year focused on Salesforce
• Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and framing requirements in architectural terms
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), including leading refinement ceremonies
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
• Understanding of enterprise integrations and how platforms connect
• Experience with AI or intelligent automation
• Experience working on a refresh project involving multiple integrated platforms
Helping you feel good.
We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That’s why we’ve developed a benefits package with you in mind. Here, you can choose from a range of fitness, lifestyle, health and fitness wellbeing rewards, such as free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options.
At Nuffield Health, we take care of what’s important to you.
