This role is dedicated to working on the Studio X Coca-Cola Intel team. That means you’ll be embedded in one of the most exciting and high-impact client teams, providing reporting and intelligence that helps the biggest brand in the world make business decisions for Coca-Cola Europe. You’ll be part of an effort that spans: Crisis and reputation monitoring to protect one of the world’s most loved brands. Charter reports/research to track campaign performance and support new brand initiatives. Trendspotting and industry landscape/influencer analysis to ensure Coca-Cola leads in culture and conversation. We are looking for a: Digital Intelligence & Data Analyst - Coca-Cola Intel Team YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyse social and digital data through a set of tools (Sprinklr, YouScan, NewsWhip, RivalIQ, Global Web Index, Semrush, Social Lab Proprietary Tools, etc.) based on a client briefing. Develop custom approaches leveraging available data sets and technologies to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic recommendations. Design insightful reports and audits with strategic recommendations. Deliver reporting and insights for Coca-Cola across multiple streams-crisis monitoring, brand reputation tracking, charter performance, research for new charters, trendspotting, industry landscape reviews, and influencer analysis. Support Social.Lab (Intel) and Studio X business development efforts with digital and social media data analysis. Collaborate with Studio X and TCCC data providers. Participate in the creation of new, commercially viable data products. Be client-facing for the presentation of intelligence work. YOUR TRACK RECORD SHOWS: 2+ years of experience in Social/Digital/Search Data Analytics, Insights and Digital/Social Strategy (seniority level to be determined based on your background and experience). Strong research and analytical skills—understand how to apply qualitative and quantitative learnings and turn them into actionable insights. Comfortable using social and digital monitoring technologies such as Sprinklr, YouScan, NewsWhip, GWI, etc. Expert understanding of social media and the wider digital communication landscape. Ability to work effectively, proactively and seamlessly amongst an integrated agency team. Eye for innovation and the next emerging platform or partner. MUST-HAVE: Always-on social listening analysis and insights generation. Cultural tracking (including trends) and insights generation for always-on and campaign use. A strong understanding of today’s social media landscape and internet culture (Social 3.0, culture-first, community and creators led, audience-first) and new channels’ codes. A strong understanding of social media performance metrics/KPIs for organic media. Strong reporting and visualisation skills. NICE-TO-HAVE: Sprinklr tool expertise. Dashboarding, data collection and data visualisation experience. Knowledge of customer research is a plus. Works well in fast-paced environment.
