Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Duration: 12+ months Contract Job Description: • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements. • Write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives. • Own and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and quality improvements. • Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility and smooth delivery. • Provide QA oversight: review test strategies, ensure coverage of acceptance criteria, and validate release readiness. • Monitor product performance and quality metrics, using data to guide decision-making. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives). • Promote best practices for SDLC, testing, and release management across the product team. Required Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager with PO duties • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization. • Strong knowledge of QA processes (manual/automation testing, regression, UAT). • Familiarity with API testing and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
