Job Description:
β’ Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
β’ Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
β’ Write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
β’ Own and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and quality improvements.
β’ Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility and smooth delivery.
β’ Provide QA oversight: review test strategies, ensure coverage of acceptance criteria, and validate release readiness.
β’ Monitor product performance and quality metrics, using data to guide decision-making.
β’ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
β’ Promote best practices for SDLC, testing, and release management across the product team.
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager with PO duties
β’ Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
β’ Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.
β’ Strong knowledge of QA processes (manual/automation testing, regression, UAT).
β’ Familiarity with API testing and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
β’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
β’ Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
