Role description
⚠️ No third-party agencies (no C2C/1099). Daily commute to Juno Beach, FL is mandatory.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to Implement and mature a new IAM Role Lifecycle Management solution (Access Matrix) for a NERC CIP program. In this role you’ll build test coverage, documentation, training, and repeatable data checks that reduce audit risk and improve access accuracy.
What you’ll do:
• Write and execute functional + UAT test scripts; track defects to closure; prevent regression with reusable suites.
• Create SOPs, process maps, RACIs, and role-based training ahead of go-live.
• Analyze post-implementation results; capture enhancement requirements and refine workflows with engineering and compliance.
• Build sustainable data integrity checks to gather/compare IAM data (roles, entitlements, approvals).
• Partner cross-functionally with IAM Engineering, Cyber Ops, and Compliance SMEs to deliver audit-ready outcomes.
• Prepare evidence packages and maintain end-to-end traceability (requirement → control → test → result).
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (IS/InfoSec a plus).
• 4 to 6 years of experience updating IT process workflows and documentation.
• Background in Identity & Access Management (preferred).
• Willing to learn NERC CIP quickly; focus on CIP-004 access/role requirements.
• Hands-on data/process analysis for pre/post-migration validation and anomaly detection.
• Excel Power Query + DAX proficiency for comparisons and analysis; strong Word/PowerPoint.
