The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Three (3) plus years of overall IT experience across various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.
β’ Three (3) plus years of experience developing project artifacts/process flows to meet project, delivery, oversight, and compliance requirements.
β’ Experience in collaborating with senior and executive management, including the Agency Head, Business Unit Directors, General Counsel, and Inspector General.
β’ Experience with SaaS/COTS products.
β’ Experience in business analysis and development of process flows.
β’ Experience in database & application design.
β’ Experience developing technical specifications documentation.
β’ Experience with a change management process.
β’ Experience with system testing including user acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
β’ Experience working and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
β’ Experience working on high availability applications.
β’ Certification(s) related fields are desirable
β’ Office Automation/Productivity Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and Word.
β’ Communication: Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Active Toastmasters strongly preferred.
β’ Experience in the Health and Human Services domain is preferred.

β’ Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
