Overview
This role supports the AIRMI business within Nikeβs Supply & Demand Planning organization. The Business Analyst will drive data visualization, analytics, and planning insights that enable better decision-making across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics functions. The position is project-based and backfills sabbatical leave, with flexibility to work onsite in either Oregon or Missouri.
Job Description
β’ Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and visualization tools to support planning decisions.
β’ Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to product availability, sustainability, and profitability.
β’ Partner with planning, operations, logistics, costing, and manufacturing teams to improve processes and planning outcomes.
β’ Leverage SAP ECC/IBP and advanced analytics tools to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning insights.
β’ Support cross-functional initiatives with clear data storytelling and stakeholder communication.
β’ Develop and maintain planning tools and resources that enable faster and more accurate decision-making.
β’ Utilize AI tools where applicable to optimize data analysis and reporting workflows.
β’ Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Required Skills
β’ Expert-level Power BI (DAX required β must-have).
β’ Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
β’ Working knowledge of SAP ECC and IBP.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with data storytelling ability.
β’ Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights for leadership.
β’ Collaborative, cross-functional working style.
β’ AI tools experience (preferred).
β’ SQL experience (preferred).
β’ Power BI and/or Azure certification (preferred).
Education Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or related field (required).
