Job Title: Business Analytics Consultant Engagement Type: Contract (approximately 3 months) Start Date: ASAP Overview A dynamic organization is seeking a Business Analytics Consultant for a short-term engagement focused on supporting a major business model transformation. This role will provide strategic analytics, pricing evaluation, and KPI insights to inform high-level decision-making. The consultant will operate in an internal advisory capacity, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze data, model scenarios, and develop actionable recommendations that drive strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance across multiple product lines and identify trends affecting growth and profitability. • Design and refine pricing models to test business scenarios and measure both financial and strategic implications. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business drivers, gather inputs, and validate analytical assumptions. • Translate data findings into clear, executive-level presentations and recommendations that guide strategic planning. • Provide ad hoc analytical support for strategic initiatives, such as market sizing, customer segmentation, and performance benchmarking. • Develop financial and business models to evaluate risks, opportunities, and potential outcomes of the organization s transformation initiatives. • Synthesize complex data into concise narratives to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level. Required Skills And Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in business analytics, strategic finance, or consulting. • Expertise in KPI development, performance measurement, and pricing analysis. • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and develop accurate analytical frameworks. • Demonstrated experience in building and managing robust business and financial models. • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex information. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; experience with ERP or FP&A platforms (SAP, Oracle) preferred. • Capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment with limited timelines.
