Role description
We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets experience to support pre- and post-trade regulatory controls for OTC derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories.
• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, UAT, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Business, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Front Office teams.
• Support regulatory reporting, process automation, and control enhancements.
• Work on Rates derivatives flows (Murex to Fortress) and post-trade regulatory checks.
• Manage reporting anomalies, JIRA tracking, and change management.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives, trade lifecycle, and Capital Markets.
• Experience with regulations such as Dodd-Frank, SEC, MiFID, RMR, etc.
• Experience with business analysis, UAT, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
• Understanding of Murex (preferred), SQL/VBA (nice to have).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
