======================= W2 Only ======================= Role : Business Analyst (Card Data /Omni Channel) Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 12 Months W2 Contract Pay Rate: $65/Hr on W2. Position Overview: The business analyst consultant will be responsible for supporting the development of data features to enhance Omni Channel Marketing initiatives for Card Data. These Card Build In POC Data features aim to offer data and insights to personalize card customer experiences. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align strategic marketing requirements, focusing on customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical teams to conceptualize data features that support Omni Channel Marketing initiatives. Work with marketing strategy, audience management, orchestration, personalization, and insights teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document logical and technical requirements. Coordinate with card data teams to facilitate the delivery of data features. Business Objective Alignment: Assist in ensuring data features enhance customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Align data features with the overall marketing objectives and business vision. Data Integration and Logic Development: Create and manage data mapping, metadata, and business transformation rules to ensure comprehensive data handling and integration. Collaborate with marketing strategy and business teams to develop pseudo logic or logical queries. Translate logical queries into SQL query logic for implementation. Feature Output Development: Define and support the development of proposed features as output, in collaboration with Personalization and Insights (P&I) teams. Ensure features meet business logic and logical query requirements. Technical Documentation: Support the creation of feature documentation, including lineage, metadata, and data dictionary documentation. Ensure technical documentation aligns with Personalization and Insights framework and documentation standards. Testing and Validation: Facilitate and participate in testing and business validation to ensure feature readiness and acceptance. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure features meet business requirements. Tools and Technology Utilization: Work with technical teams utilizing AWS Athena, Snowflake, and Alteryx for data analysis, queries and feature development. Leverage knowledge of mainframe systems to assist in traversing card data lineage. Definition of Done: Data features are conceptualized, developed, tested, and validated according to business requirements. Comprehensive technical documentation is completed and meets stakeholder needs. SQL queries are accurately developed and implemented, ensuring seamless data feature functionality. Data features are ready for deployment and align with the agreed-upon criteria for success. Qualifications: Proven experience in supporting data feature development within a marketing context. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and personalization techniques. Experience with data lake technologies and data-driven marketing strategies. Expertise in data mapping, metadata management, and documenting business transformation rules. Proficiency in developing SQL query logic, and familiarity with AWS Athena, Snowflake, and Alteryx; mainframe knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Desired Skills: Ability to manage high-priority projects and deliver results under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Independent, self-starter, proactive, and outcome-driven individual with limited direction.
