We are looking for an experienced Cash Equities Business Analyst / SME with strong Front Office Trading expertise to join a global technology team supporting strategic trading platform initiatives.
🔹 Key Skills:
• Cash Equities / Equity Trading
• Front Office Trading Technology
• STP Trade Lifecycle
• Order Management (OMS)
• Order Routing & Market Access
• Trade Execution & Post Trade Processing
• MiFID II, MAR & Regulatory Reporting
• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• SQL (Java knowledge is a plus)
• Agile / SDLC
✅ Ideal Background:
• Strong experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking
• Deep understanding of the European Cash Equities market
• Ability to work closely with Traders, Product Owners, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
• Experience delivering complex, global technology transformation projects
