Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst – IAM / Cybersecurity Location: 100% Remote Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation within the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to IAM (Identity & Access Management) or IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) platforms and will support requirements gathering, documentation, and testing efforts for security initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business, security, and technical stakeholders to gather and document security-related requirements. • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows. • Support testing and validation to ensure requirements are successfully implemented. • Work closely with teams implementing IAM/IGA tools and solutions. • Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment. • Assist in UAT planning and execution related to security controls and identity solutions. Required Experience: • 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Proven hands-on experience with: • Requirement gathering • Requirement documentation • Stakeholder communication • Testing support • Experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity projects. Preferred Skills / IAM & IGA Platforms (any of the following): • SailPoint (Highly Preferred) • IBM Security Verify Governance (Preferred) • Okta • CyberArk • Ping Identity • NetIQ • Or other similar IAM/IGA platforms
