Domain Expertise - Strong experience in Insurance
Good to have: Experience in FAIR plans, Grants Management programs
Understanding of:
Policy lifecycle and eligibility validation
Claims-like fulfilment processes (inspection, approval, payment)
Funding allocation and compliance controls
Functional & Analytical Skills
Expertise in:
· Requirements elicitation and documentation
· Workflow and process modeling (L1/L2/L3)
· Business rules definition (rules engine concepts)
Experience designing:
· Role-based platforms
· Configurable workflow systems
Tools & Methods
Proficiency in:
· JIRA / Azure DevOps
· Visio / Lucidchart (process diagrams)
· Confluence or similar documentation tools
Experience working in Agile delivery models
