Business Analyst Remote - US Only Contract - up to $60/hr Job Description Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform to support enterprise digital transformation projects. This role will work closely with the Project Architect to lead client discovery sessions, translate business needs into functional requirements, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to help define business processes, document user stories, and influence the design of modern workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead client discovery workshops alongside the Project Architect to gather and define business requirements • Translate business processes into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria • Serve as the liaison between the client and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle • Assist in designing business solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Collaborate with UX and technical teams to ensure solutions are user-centered and meet client expectations • Support solution validation through functional testing and feedback sessions • Contribute to project documentation, including functional specs, process flows, and change logs Required Skills and Experience: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software or digital transformation projects • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories • Experience leading discovery calls and facilitating stakeholder discussions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable (Not Required): • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or related data integration tools • Ability to create UX wireframes or collaborate with UI/UX designers • Understanding of software QA practices, including test planning and defect tracking US Citizens only NO Third Parties
