• Translate business needs into actionable inputs for technical teams and implementation partners.
• Support solution design, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to deliver scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Contribute to solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and governance forums.
• Define test scenarios and support UAT, documenting outcomes and decisions.
• Support user adoption through documentation, engagement, and contributions to training materials.
• Champion continuous improvement and ensure feedback is captured and prioritised effectively.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and support wider change‑management activity.
Essential Criteria
• 3-5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or consultant within CRM, digital transformation, or operational systems.
• Experience in the pensions industry (preferred) or broader financial services.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales) or another enterprise CRM.
• Solid understanding of data models, workflows, automation, integrations, and user roles.
• Proven ability to work effectively in environments with evolving requirements and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• A structured, pragmatic, delivery focused approach to problem‑solving.
