Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 or Remote option for residents of AZ, DC, FL, IL, KS, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, MD, NJ, SC, VA, WA, AL, CO, CT, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, NV, OK, PA, TX, UT, WI

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Conga Contract Lifecycle Management experience to support enterprise contract management initiatives. This role partners closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, optimize contract lifecycle processes, and support ongoing enhancements within a mature CLM environment.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of business analysis expertise, hands on Conga CLM configuration experience, and Agile delivery exposure, with a focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and stakeholder working sessions
β’ Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
β’ Translate business needs into scalable Conga CLM solutions
β’ Analyze current state contract lifecycle processes and design compliant future state workflows
β’ Develop process maps, functional specifications, and solution documentation
β’ Configure Conga CLM workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting
β’ Support testing activities including test case creation and UAT
β’ Partner with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and data migrations
β’ Develop training materials, user guides, and Center of Excellence documentation
β’ Conduct user training and serve as a point of contact for CLM support
β’ Monitor solution performance and user feedback
β’ Deliver reporting on contract performance, cycle times, and compliance
β’ Recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
β’ Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
β’ Hands on Conga CLM implementation experience required
β’ Conga certification preferred
Technical Skills
β’ Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal operations
β’ Experience supporting complex CLM configurations and Apex related customizations
β’ Agile delivery experience including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
β’ Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools
