🚀 Business Analyst (Contract – 12–13 Months) Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite 2 days/week – local candidates only) Type: Contract | Duration: 12–13 months Direct applicants only – no third parties or vendors. About the Role We’re seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technical execution — someone who doesn’t just document requirements but drives process improvement, workflow design, and solution delivery. This is a hands-on role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. What You’ll Do • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Build processes, workflows, and user stories that translate business needs into actionable plans • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and stakeholder alignment sessions • Support QA and UAT, ensuring solutions meet business objectives • Assist in change management and communication efforts for new systems or processes What We’re Looking For • 5+ years as a Business Analyst or in a related role • Strong hands-on experience with process design, documentation, and analysis tools • Skilled at working independently and taking initiative — no hand-holding needed • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical teams • Preferred: familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, and BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) Work Setup • Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC • Candidates must be local to NC, VA, GA, or FL (Charlotte strongly preferred) • We do not work with third-party agencies or vendors — direct applicants only
