Overview The Business Analyst will support product managers and product owners to define requirements for business-driven ecommerce, website, mobile, and app updates. The ideal candidate is adaptable, flexible, and capable of driving success through direct partnerships with key stakeholders, product leads and cross-functional delivery teams. . Responsibilities Partner with client and agency teams to frame business goals and value propositions to elevate the product on ecommerce channels Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on user research, and industry and market trend analysis Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized user stories Write clear and well-structured product requirements and documentation Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators Identify automation opportunities Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance Validate and present business cases to executives and lead business reviews to ensure the team prioritizes the right features Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, always understanding the customer needs Establish objective goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes Masterfully Agile practices and frameworks Hand off requirements to development teams for implementation Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Collaborate with product owners to ensure alignment towards business objectives Represent industry best practice and market trends to assist in maintaining competitive advantage Build and maintain a trusting and influential relationship with the client, teams, and vendors Qualifications 3+ years of business analyst or product manager experience, preferably within an advertising agency, media organization, in-house agency, or consultancy Demonstrated success contributing to digital product vision and defining product requirements for web, mobile, and native app Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services Prior experience working within or alongside the telecommunications, connectivity, internet services, or technology industry strongly preferred Deeply rooted in Agile delivery principles with an ability to champion an understanding of Agile best practices throughout the organization Expert JIRA / Confluence and Asana user (or similar workflow & project management tools) Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate product and solution ideation Highly collaborative work style with an ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and drive success across cross-functional creative delivery teams, client teams, and with key stakeholders Assertive, confident communication skills with an ability to tactfully influence and navigate sensitive, conversations and influence key stakeholders. A high degree of business and political savvy with an ability to navigate complex organizational structures, prioritize and solution multiple concurrent needs, and develop relationships across teams and brands Possess a sense of urgency and an ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within tight deadlines and constantly-evolving project parameters, scope, and goals Flexible and adaptable with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with constantly shifting parameters and targets. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
