• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, summarize key takeaways, and coordinate with impacted business and technical stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
• Project Coordination: Assist in managing sub-projects within the billing transformation initiative, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively mitigated.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a liaison between the business/product teams and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automation within billing processes.
• Change Management: Lead or support initiatives that advance the overall project goals, helping the organization adapt to new systems and workflows.
• Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide orientation to end users on modified and new systems, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting programs with multiple workstreams or sub-projects.
• Experience with Treasury Services products—including cash management, liquidity solutions, trade finance, billing systems, or electronic banking—is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data mapping and interpretation with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business process design.
